We Strive for Five

After you've been seen at one of our CF Care Centers, or treated in the hospital, you may receive a "Press Ganey" survey. These surveys ask you to rate the treatment you received by our staff. We always strive for five — the highest level of care and attention possible. Your anonymous reply will be included in the report sent to North Shore-LIJ — and that information will be used to target areas of improvement.
